Content Filtering

• Content filtering service may be added as to deny users access to undesirable sites may be added for an additional fee. Subscription automatically adds sites as they are discovered. (Below prices are for the Net Connection, Inc and ArkansasUSA customers only.  You may use another provider's service to access the Internet and still use our content filtering service, but the setup fee will be the below setup fee listed plus 20%.  The subscription fee will be the below subscription fee plus 10%.)

• 10 User - $595 setup fee and $199 per year subscription
• 50 User - $1099.95 setup fee and $500 per year subscription
• Unlimited User - $1695 setup fee and $1795 per year subscription

Content filtering may be added to any account, Network connection, dialup connection, and dedicated connections.  We place a device at your site that uses the Internet to access a central database that contains urls of sites that are grouped by subject matter.  Your Network administrator can access the filtering device and establish rules as to what types of sites you wish to deny your users access.   Because the database is managed by a filtering service which daily updates the database with newly discovered sites, you can provide your company with the best possible service to manage access to the Internet.

With dedicated connection such as Frame Relay and ISDN our content filtering service provides you with a method to have a public network for your public Webservers and Email servers and a private network for your users.

This is a router based service allowing your company to do away with proxy servers and other computer based firewalls.
