A Word about Technical Support
It is our desire that our clients can always dialin and
connect to our service. If you install new software or hardware or delete any of the
Internet settings, ArkansasUSA will provide free phone support for your Internet
Connection but can not provide free support for your hardware and software that is not
related to our service.
We charge a modest rate of $.50 per minute for phone
consult or $60 per hour for on site computer support for non Internet related service.
We will come to your home or business and re-install your Internet Service for $20.
